• Non stick cooking spray
• 4 sheets (12" x 18" each) of aluminum foil
• Salt and Pepper
• Olive oil
• Lemon wedges
• Diced parsley |

1. Pre heat oven at 450° Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium pan melt butter, then add
Dijon mustard, lemon, Worcestershire
sauce and mix well.
3. Salt and pepper Mountain Stream™
Tilapia fillets for taste.
4. Place Mountain Stream™ Tilapia fillets
on a lightly greased baking tray or plate,
separated from each other.
5. Pour the Dijon sauce on top of the fillets
and place in the oven from 7 to 8
minutes.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve
immediately.
