Mountain Stream™ Tilapia in a Lemon Sauce with Capers
Ingredients Needed
• 4 x 6oz Mountain Stream Tilapia™ Fillets
• 2 oz diced onions
• 4oz unsalted butter
• 1½ tbs capers
• ½ cup white wine
• 4fl.oz lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ bunch finely chopped parsley

1. In a very hot medium size pan, place two Tilapia fillets lighted floured and seared on side golden brown.

2. Turn after 3-4 minutes and start adding onions. When onions are translucent, add butter, capers, white wine and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Reduced heat to medium and let simmer for no more than 5 minutes. When consistency of sauce becomes silky add the minced parsley. Try serving the Tilapia Fillets with baked potatoes.
